NOWY HEADED SILVER PLATED PLAQUE WITH INSCRIPTION IN RELIEF. NAMES ON RAISED RECTANGULAR PIECE OF METAL WHICH HAS BEEN RIVETTED O THE PLAQUE. WHOLE IS MOUNTED ONTO A WOODEN BACKBOARD
CROWN WITH GARLAND BELOW IT DEPICTED AT THE TOP CENTRE OF THE PLAQUE AND A BORDER OF LAUREL LEAVES. LAUREL BRANCH AT THE BOTTOM CENTRE OF THE PLAQUE
