SQUARE PLINTH SURMOUNTED BY SHAFT AND STYLISED CROSS OF ST CUTHBERT. ORNATE CARVINGS ON THE SIDES OF THE SHAFT. ARTEFACTS LIKE HELMETS AND WATER BOTTLES CARVED ONTO THE SIDES OF THE COLUMN.
