Physical Description

FIGURE OF THE DECEASED IN FIELD SERVICE DRESS ON CHARGER PLACED ON INSCRIBED MARBLE TABLET WITH CORNICES AT TOP AND BOTTOM

BRONZE PLACE AT TOP OF TABLET PROBABLY BREARING REGIMENTAL BADGE. ON EACH SIDE OF THE INSCRIPTION ARE TWO TABLETS IN RAISED RELIEF DEPICTING JERUSALEM. AT THE BOTTOM OF THE TABLET IS A BRONZE LAUREL WREATH AND COLOURED FLORAL PLAQUE WITH GILDED AND COLOURED COAT OF ARMS IN CENTRE.
