GAS LAMP SURMOUNTS TAPERING STONE COLUMN. COLUMN STANDS ON SQUARE-SET PEDESTAL. BRONZE PLAQUES ON THREE SIDES OF PEDESTAL. BEAR NAMES AND INSCRIPTION IN RAISED LETTERING. THREE STEPPED BASE.
STONE WREATH CARVED AT BASE OF COLUMN.
