GRANITE OBELISK WITH STONE BLOCKS PLACED AT IT BASE. TWO CIRCLES OF STONES ARE PLACED AROUND THE MEMORIAL. DEDICATORY INSCRIPTION IS CARVED ON THE SIDE OF THE OBELISK WITH FURTHER METAL PLAQUES PLACED BELOW IT
