BRASS PLAQUE MOUNTED ONTO A WOODEN BACKBOARD. INCISED FOLIATE BORDER AROUND THE EDGE OF THE PLAQUE AND INCISED INSCRIPTION. CROSS AT TOP OF PLAQUE WHERE FOLIATE BORDER FORMS A NOWY HEADED ARCH.
