C 1977: THE DEDICATORY STONE WHICH WAS AT THE FOOT OF THE CROSS WAS MOVED TO THE NORTH ENTRANCE OF THE CHURCH. THIS WAS TO ENABLE SURVIVING RELATIVES OF THE MEN ON THE STONE TO CONTINUE TO VISIT IT AS THEY WERE GETTING TOO OLD TO CLIMB UP THE HILL. 1983: cross renovated with 40 tons of chalk. |
