Physical Description

Three-stepped square base surmounted by double plinth, tapered shaft and celtic cross. Inscription on the faces of the upper plinth. Laurel wreath in relief on front face of upper plinth.

Whole stands in the centre of an enclosure formed by four low red brick walls.
