STONE COLONNADE BEARS PLAQUES WITH NAMES OF LOST VESSELS. SUNKEN GARDEN BEHIND ADDED AFTER WW2. WALLS SURROUNDING GARDEN BEARS TABLETS WITH NAMES OF LOST VESSELS.

INSCRIPTION IS GUARDED BY SCULPTED FIGURES OF AN OFFICER AND A SEAMAN OF THE MERCHANT SERVICE.
